Not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad. It's nothing special but the pizza is good for delivery and the jalepeno poppers are clearly made in-house and they kind of kick ass.

This is absolutely the worst Italian Restaurant I have ever been to. The food tastes like it's fresh but it's cheap tasting and not too good. The service is good and the people are nice, but they seem to always mess up my order regardless. The delivery is slow and also inaccurate. I was told it would take 20 minutes to arrive and it took 50. Not sure why anyone would confuse Spaghetti and Meatballs with Chicken Alfredo, unless it was already made to order. The pizza is edible, but the sauce and topping distribution is horrendous.

Furthermore, the restaurant was also very dirty when I showed up to return my food and get a refund. However the guy tried to get me to take the spaghetti which I didn't want. I gave up on this place 2 years ago and recently decided to give it another try because 2 years ago it went by the name Pizza by George and had recently changed its name to this. Sadly, I have to report that it is more or less the same as before. Skip this place. No even better, people of Flagstaff, let's boycott this place.

I really hate being negative about a restaurant, but seriously, this one takes the cake for being the worst I have ever visited. I tried too hard to like it.

I should have read the reviews 1st!  I found a bottle cap IN MY SANDWICH!!!   And while the girl on the phone was kind enough to refund the price of my sandwich.....  She acted as if it were a common occurrence and said the delivery driver would be out to pick up the item.  They will not be getting a second chance simply due to the lack of care and concern.

Ive never been so upset with a company that resulted in me creating a yelp account just to explain my awful experience with them. Firstly the order that was estimated to take 45 minutes took a 2 hours, then I then when I get my delivery, my order was all messed up. Its like they completely disregarded what I said I wanted as toppings and put whatever the hell they wanted, and also my 6 bbq wings were actually 6 dried up mild salty disgusting excuses for chicken wings. I will never order from this place again

I stumbled in here one night when Fratelli's (which is where you should really go) was closed for the day for remodeling/repairs. I was new to town, craving pizza, and found this place while driving down the 66 after finding Fratelli's closed and not knowing jack about my options.

The lights were on, but it looked like they were not open: boxes, cases of soda and gatorade and other stock everywhere, no music, a 90s sitcom on the TV that an employee's family was watching, and a general "customers not expected vibe". So I opened the door halfway, said "oh, you're not open, are you?" and was surprised and skeptical when the girl said they were. There wasn't  a register, just envelopes of cash, and my change came from workers' pockets. Waiting for my slice was awkward, I got charged 75c extra for ranch, the pizza wasn't good at all.

The elephant in the room, and in all the other bad reviews of this place, is this: it's obviously a drug front. Otherwise there is no possible way it would still be open.
